Jan-March brides... HM essentials follow-up.

I posted awhile back that I was planning on stocking up on summer stuff before it was off the shelves for my HM in March.

I got more bathing suits, shorts, tank tops, a sun hat, and a float for the pool.

Can you think of anything else we should get that may be IMPOSSIBLE after August? I thought maybe sunscreen but they seem to keep that stuff out year-round now.

Any ideas?

Sunscreen - They do have some year round, but the selection stinks

Good to know. I also thought of something else.. bug spray? Do they sell that year round? I keep reading about sand fleas.. yum.

Maybe foot flops?

I just bought 3 bathing suits on Sunday bc they are a lot cheaper now then the will be in April.

100% bring Bug Spray. I am sure they sell it there, but who knows what kind it is and how much they would charge.

Flip Flops or water shoes also

If you want to go snorkeling and bring your own equipment, maybe get that stuff now also. Some past brides said that was the best thing they brought with them.

My honeymoon is in Feb and I just started to shop,,,,I didnt get that much done yet but I better hurry before all the winter clothes start coming out..

FYI Ladies - Tanger Outlets in Riverhead has a ton of stuff at the end of the summer. I went there last year for a Feb vacation and got some great deals.

The stores usually ship things to the Outlet Stores to bring in the fall stuff.
