January Bride Check in!

Here is my to do list - why does it get longer instead of shorter?

1. Call to make final appointments for: Church, Hall, Dj, Florist, Photographer, Limo.

2. Confirm other vendors like hair and makeup.

3. Finalize favor order ( How I would like them wrapped etc. )

4. Wrap RD gifts for BP.

5. Set up items for hall like sign in board, wedding picture frames, cake topper, cake cutter, gifts and favors.

6. Get Marriage License. ( going on Dec 7 )

7. Ask Readers (asked one, asking two more on Thanksgiving )

8. Tuxedos

9. Wedding Insurance ( if it is not too late )

10. Honeymoon (pack, book spa treatments, candle lit dinner)

11. Final fittings ( I have one on December 1 )

12. Set up and finalize RD and get invitiations.

2. Finalize day of makeup.

3. Figure out guest book.

4. Get Marriage License.

5. Fittings.

6. Once all RSVP's are in - get RD stuff finalized.

7. Purchase cake cutter.

8. Finalize whether or not we want programs.

9. I did have to figure out table names/photos - but KRISSY o8Bride just figured that out for me!

10. Have bachelorette party.

11. Finalize ceremony with Pastor April.

12. Get ring bearer & bubble boy gifts.

13. See our CP sampe (december 4th).

14. Seating Chart (i have started doing this on the site here, great tool).

15. Break in wedding sneakers.

16. Whiten teeth (both dave & i).

17. Gifts for my parents & his.

18. Call non RSVP'ers (dave's job).

19. Email everyone a timeline.

20. Work on menu/placecards.

21. Buy candy for candy bar.

OMG no - we don't have all the RSVP's yet - i can't do that until I know who's coming. I want to invite any OOT guests to come....

I'm SOOOO jealous of your amount of RSVP's - seriously!

LOL i got ya - yea we are only inviting the OOT guests from out of the country so i already know that number - i want to go look for invitations this week

my RSVPs slowed down - now i don't get ANY on some days. . . makes me sad a little!!

i just really dont want to have to call people - i hope they rsvp!

I tried to make final appointments this weekend but most of the places told me to call back on Monday, I guess weekends are understandably busy for them!

I think this might be it

1.Send in baby pictures to videographer, and pictures of us both
2.pick out music for our dvd (5 songs)
3.photographer must take list.
4.2nd photo- boudiour pics
5.finalize wedding timeline and give to everyone
6.Get marriage License
7.Last fitting – Decemeber 22nd
8.Send out RD invites
9.Finalize RD restaurant menu
10.Pick up wedding bands from being engraved
11.Finish and get programs printed
12.Escort/placecards
13.seating charts
14.Final appointments for all vendors
15.finish favor boxes, and put candy in there
16.Wrap BP gifts
17.Finish getting groomsmen gifts
18.Get black sash for MOH
19.Bag of all ceremony stuff together
20.Bag of all reception stuff together
21.Pick out all wedding music
22.Pick out what readings we want
23.FH needs to get measured for tux
24.Pack everything for night before, and finalize rooms for night before and night after
25.Check with indoor photo place nearby
26.Print menu
27.Call non RSVPers GRRR
28.Whiten teeth
29.Manicure/pedicure
30.Facial for December
31.waxing appointment

Yeah, I have to wait a while, I can't believe how many people still haven't responded when Thursday is the last day, but I really want to get a start on alot of them now since I know at least 49 people coming lol

so does anyone want to run away with me?

i bet we can run across the border and they will never find us

I am soo with you! All morning, I have been getting all tiery eyed by looking at the brides review!

I keep thinking if I can't handle looking at someone elses wedding, how am I not going to look like a sobbing baby on our wedding lol

ugh im a mess too
i go to mass at the church we will be getting married in and i get teary eyed every time i am in there.

such a strange mix of emotions so excited but at the same time so overwhelmed and emotional

OMG - forget it - i'm a mess as well!!!!!

i cried when Krissy took the time to make the table name things for me....EVERYTHING makes me cry now!!!!

awwwwwwwwwwww and now i'm tearing up.....wow....

it's sooooo normal though...i've been like this since he proposed...but i have to say that when we left our meeting at the RH on Friday - i was literally jumping for joy & crying with happiness...
