Question for you, we were going to book with Duet this past weekend, decided to wait since one of their photographers Jay will not be working with them anymore beginning in 2014.
We were sad to hear that Jay will be leaving them and would like to know if anyone currently working with him knows where he may be going since we really want to work with him since he has such an eye for certain things for a special wedding day.
We are getting married in 2014, any information would be great. They also stated that we are not allowed to ask for a certain photographers for this reason, is anyone going through this same issue.

I'm using Jay Lim. He is great and I thought his prices were very reasonable. He is a great guy. We are taking our engagement pics this October.

Jay was the reason I went to check out Duet in the first place! I was suprised to hear he was leaving also! Duet also told me they were changing the style of how they do things. They used to have each photographer have a different style so you chould choose the style of photos you want. Now, they're all training together and they said it's not really going to matter who you get because they will all be taking the same style.

Awww I'm so sad to hear that! We used Jay for our wedding and loved his work! But good for him for moving on and starting his own company. We also had been looking at Alberto from Duet for our wedding. Those were our top two choices.

His style and studio is amazing, I am glad he has his own place for his own. After visiting with Duet and did not have a nice experience with one of the sales persons we decided to go else where. We were only going there for Jay and his work. Now since Duet is changing things around, we are not allowed to get who we want and not have any say of comments. I am happy to be booked with Jay Lim photography.
