On Thursday, it will be 6 months til my wedding and I need to get my a$$ in gear. I'm not into going to the gym, but I love to dance, so I was thinking about going to Jazzercise. Does anyone go there or have any info about it? TIA
My mom used to do it. SHE LOVED IT. She actually HATES the gym and joins and then never goes but she actually went to Jazzercise. I was actually thinking about doing it after I have the baby b.c its quick and fun according to my mom and you really sweat your *** off. It pretty close to my house I just need to make sure they have good hours. You should deff give it a try. I am pretty sure they will let you try a class and I dont think you need to sign a contract just pay as you go if you want.
I SWEAR BY JAZZERCISE!!!!! It is the best form of exercising!!! I truly love it. It's not like working out for me b/c of the great music and the dancing!!!
I just checked their website and there's a Jazzercise place literally 2 blocks from my house! I'm definitley going to check it out. I was also looking into a kickboxing program, but its $400 for 10 weeks! Jazzercise is much more affordable and will probably be more fun anyway.
Yeah, I've heard alot of good stuff about Yoga Booty Ballet. I may pick up one of the DVDs to alternate with Jazzercise when I'm too lazy to leave my air conditioned house!
