I'm not positive but I think if I remember correctly at my future sister-in-laws wedding there were between 8-10 per table.
I think Kelswiss is right, I think 10 is the maximum...hope this helps!
Wow, I just realized you guys are getting married one day apart from each other!! It is few weeks after my wedding, I'll make sure I let you know my review on the PJCC when I get back from my honeymoon.
I went to PJCC for dinner tonight and it does look like 8-10 definately no more than 10. There was a wedding ending and another one starting while we were there. The first one had tall centerpieces which looked beautiful. Hanging from the ceiling they had tulle with white lights in it which looked so pretty. I can't wait! 75 days to go.
We ate in the regular restaurant. I had stuffed Chicken with Lobster which was very good. Each time we go we try something different. They have an early bird special for the price of your entree you get an appetizer, salad, dessert and coffee. I didn't see the bride or groom for the 2nd wedding but I did catch a glimpse of the first bride in a very simple gown. Her bridesmaids wore lavender dresses with a halter top. It was a nice night up there. Cloudy but the view was still beautiful. The 2nd weddings cocktail hour was being set up outside on the deck. I hope I have good weather too so we can have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside. Can't believe its almost here.
