Jenn the Hair Genie

I have Jenn booked for my wedding, gave her a $20 deposit...does anyone know her cancellation policy? Would I just lose my deposit?

Figured I would ask here before I contact her directly.

I think you would but someone posted this 1 time not sure if was Jenn or not but when she cancelled they let her put her 20$ towards another service...so she sold it to another bride or something like that.
