Jenn the Hair Genie

Who is using Jenn the Hair Genie? I booked her but I saw a few bad reviews on her and I'm a little nervous......she was great at my trial.

I'm booked with her too. I'm not really worried - every vendor has a bad review or two. If you're really concerned why don't you speak to her about it?

i would not be worried everyone cant get along some attitudes dont mesh well. her work is amazing

it seems the bad reviews were that the day of was nothing like the trial so make sure you speak up and take lots of notes and pics at the trial and you should be fine.

I have her, too, and I wanted to wait a bit closer to the wedding to schedule my trial, but I agree that literally every vendor will have a bad review. Some people CANT stop RAVING about her! So don't worry, kay?
