Hey so i posted yesterday im having a hair dilemma...
its official, my mom jus spoke 2 my hair salon, and my stylist just up and left, no word on coming back, they havent heard from her...so im stuck...
i got a couple hits on VHB but i emailed Jenn the Hair Genie cuz i like her work!!! however, she read it yesterday afternoon and didnt even write back to tell me if my dates available or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
is this normal of her??
im in such a bind right now and i just need to find someone really good
i was all excited about hair genie, looks like she does great work, and shes an LIW vendor, but i dont know why she wouldnt respond to someone who wants to book her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
does anyone know if she normally takes alittle while to respond to emails???

i would give her a couple of days...its a holiday weekend and maybe she just read it quick and has to check to see if her day is booked. Maybe she is away or something. I would wait till Monday to see if she write you back.

ohhhh very true.....i am just upset and nervous now cuz i just had it confirmed that my girl is M/I/A and i need 2 start from scratch!!!
well keep ur fingers crossed taht she has my date available and will contact me soon to tell me that!!!

i booked w/ her and it took a week or so for her to get back to me. she probably just needs to check availability.

would you mind if i ask you how much it is for day of? her website on here has prices, but it says 2008/2009 prices, so I don't know if those prices are current or not...it says $120 for bride, $80 for bridesmaids if their getting updos ($50 for blowout styles) and $50 for bridal trial...is this how it still is? or did prices change?

Hey 09er crashing...I used Jenn for my b-pics and wedding and regularly use her for haircuts...Jenn checks her email on her Blackberry... you know how annoying it is to respond on a Blackberry. I'm sure she's just waiting for real time to be able to email you back. Plus she has a brand new baby nephew I'm sure she's enjoying spending time with this weekend. Be patient...she's worth the wait!

awwww!!!! thanks so much for the info! ya im hoping sometimes this week ill hear back...
if shes not responding to me that means shes not responding to others so i dont really have 2 worry that someone else would get my date if its still open :)
