Has anyone bought furniture from them? Were you satisfied? Also, did you purchase the upholstery shield protection? Is it worth it?

We got two sets from there earlier this year (Living Room & Den)
I know a few people that have had them for years and no problems.
We got the extra stain protection.

We got couches from them and we bought the protection plan. Haven't used the service yet bc couches are still new (got them in Oct). We were very satisified with the final product. We got the couch w/chaise and had them switch the side the chaise was on. Delivery was also good!

I've used them and wasn't quite as happy. The couches were fine, but the glass top tables and lamps came damaged. I showed them the damage upon delievery...they took the damaged items back and called it in from my apartment. They told me it would be a few days to a week to get the replacement items.
After what felt like several thousand phone calls later (that would be 3 months!!), they finally delievered my lamps and table tops.
I love the furniture, but customer service and delievery get a thumbs down.

I had a similar problem with my tables... they were damaged but we didn't notice it until after they left. It took over 2 months to get it straightened out with me yelling and screaming and being stuck with defective tables in my living room.
But I'm happy with my couches.

Thank you so much for your responses. We're looking at a sofabed for the den. I think we're going to order from them since everyone seems to be happy with the quality of those pieces.
