Jennifer from Fairytale

Hi,
Has anyone heard form Jennifer from Fairytale makeovers? I've been calling and emailing her for a month, but I haven't heard back. Her website isn't working either.
Is she away or something?
I've heard people say she has a young child so she is busy, but it's kinda rude (and bad business practice) to not call people back.
Since I need to book someone soon, do you ladies have any suggestions for a hair stylist?

Thanks!
