I don't get it...I know everyone on the board assured Jennifer will
call back...It's been a week since I emailed her..plus I called her 3 days ago...no response!

...and JN is booked on my day. iIm starting to get antsy because my wedding is in 3 months and I haven't even scheduled a trial!

I was going to book through Jen, but just like you said, she never responded to my emails and phone calls until a week later, and still played phone tag for another week or so. I never actually spoke to her, so I didn't bother. Someone that doesn't have the time to call me back is obviously too busy for me, so I went somewhere else and was able to book immediately.

I called her last night and she was very nice and professional!! With 2 days to go to my wedding I have no hair and makeup girl (for medical reasons) -- With the short notice she fit me in today for a trial and then she is going to travel 1 hour tomorrow to my house to get here at 8am!!

I read on the knot that she has been away for 2 weeks and has a few hundred emails to respond to. I've been emailing back and forth with her for a couple of months now. It may take her a few days, but she has always gotten back to me. She's very nice!

I wonder if it would be ballsy to call her again?
i have been trying relentlessly to get through to her for almost 2 weeks...and I get her machine or email w/no response. If my wedding was in 2004 like you guys, I would be patient. But I am 3 months away, and I need to know I have someone for makeup. I understand she might be a nice person, and there is no doubt she does great work, but i can't wait anymore
