May I go on a tangent ? Its relevant !
I'll make it quick.
We just got a new fence put in and we have to have the neighbors bushes trimmed because they grew into our yard. So we were hesitant about approaching them, but we felt it was wrong to just do it and not tell them. The previous homeowners told us 'ugh, they are hard to talk to, they used to own all this land here in the 70's so they are very territorial' so we were really nervous about talking to them... WELL, I spoke to the woman, and she was the most warm, caring and friendly lady ever !!! and SHe thought that we were a 'young couple' and didnt want to be bothered with 'old people' (she's only in her 60's!!) So just to show that a little misconception by someone can mess something up totally. We thought tthey were mean and unapproachable, now we feel like we have new neighbors with open arms !
