yea email is the best way- she doesnt give out her phone # cause then she'd be answering it all the time -
give her a couple of days- espeically if its on the weekends- you wont get a response til monday-
but she will get back to you.

nearly impossible. i found that they wont get back to you if your date is already booked. they should at least tell you its book, so you're not going crazy!!!
