I know - the FH likes to go out to eat alot so you can imagine - is it flexible enough to allow that or do you have to strictly stick to their foods?
I still go out - it's impossible not to. You just need to be careful and eat sensibly when you're out...just don't pig out. My rule is to never finish my dinner in a restaurant b/c they give huge portions...just eat half and try and get something healthy.

I stopped Jenny for now it was getting too expensive with the food. I lost 15 pounds though in 3 and a 1/2 months.

Thanks so much!!!!
You're welcome and here is a little inspiration for you....
I got weighed in last night after 4 weeks on Jenny....I only lost .8 this past week but she told me that was great b/c I had my period last week and she said you retain so much water when you have your period and a lot of women actually gain that week so she told me not to be discouraged. But since I have lost over 10 pounds now (down a total of 10.6 in 4 weeks) she wanted to take my measurements last night to see how many inches I have lost....WOW! It's great to think I lost 10 pounds but to see how many inches are gone is amazing. I'm down a total of 14 inches since I started.
-2.5' bust -3.5' waist -4.5' abdomen -3.5' hips
So good luck......I am proof that it works...just 4 weeks and I feel great. You can do it!

I have joined yet but I'm thinking about it and the cost is my biggest concern - what would you say the cost was in 3 1/2 months?

Thanks!
ooh I actually don't mind the salisbury steak but my all time favorite dinner is the Meat Loaf with BBQ sauce! Love it!
I had the fish and chips the other night for the first time...it wasn't bad. Very small and didn't really fill me up but it was great to have some yummy french fries!
As for the cost....I get the 10% discount on my food for the first 10 weeks, then I get 20% off for weeks 11 - 20, etc... Right now I am spending around $90 per week on food. I don't think that's bad - I feel like I'm saving money by not eating out so much!

Really - that's not bad - that's a little less than regular groceries - if you don't mind me asking what program on you on? How did you get the discount?

I LOVE the turkey burger...it's my favorite lunch! YUM! Some people have a tough time with the meats...I like them. The pizzas are all really great too...and tip: they come out extra crispy in the toaster oven!
ETA: I thought I liked the chicken sandwhich but I had it for a 2nd time yesterday for lunch and the chicken skeeved me out a bit - I don't think I'll be having that again. But the worst ever to me is the Tuna and Chicken salad kits...VOMIT!

I forget exactly what I paid to join...what plan. I told them flat out I refused to pay that $400 to join or something. I think I got the spouse plan which was only $100 for me to join plus those discounts on food. I just told the woman I was saving my money for my wedding and could not afford to fork over $400 to join...so she was real nice and hooked me up but only b/c I have 2 sisters and a brother-in-law who are all on the plan...so she said she would hook me up b/c of that. But she did tell me not to tell anyone she was doing that for me...so shhhh..... Just go in there and cry poverty and tell them you really want to join but cannot afford the fee to join and what can they do for you.

Re: Jenny Craig
I rejoined last week! I'm going for my fist weighin today. This week was ok...it was extra hard because of work and client dinners...plus i was unable to go to the gym like i normally do. I think Jenny is great...a little expensive...but i too did the discount plan. Initially you pay alot....but I joined last year and stopped going....so this year i only had to pay $100.00 for the year...and i still get the discounts from where i left off the year before! I think i have a lifetime membership or something.
My favorite breakfast.....Sunshine
Favorite Lunch....Beef chow mein...YUMMMMM
Favoriate Dinner....Mac and Cheese....chicken alfredo
Favorite dessert....chocolate cake and Cheesecake
Couple of things i do....turkey sandwhich....have it with Lettuce and tomato and a little piece of 2% American Cheese...tastes sooo much better!!!
Sunshine sandwhich i add a little piece of cheese too.
THE PIZZA'a are so good too.
I don't buy the chicken or tuna salad...i make my own and it has less fat.
Re: Snacks....the 100 calorie paks have less calories, less fat, and less carbs...and are less expensive than jenny snaks.... The 94% fat free mini bags of popcorn have better nutritional facts than jenny's popcorn....and they taste better too.
