O.K...so with 6 months to go, I decided it is time to buckle down.
joined NYSC and Jenny Craig...my first weigh in will be this Saturday.
With holiday parties and treats at work, it has definitely been difficult to resist but. we'll see.
Has anyone else done it?
I'll keep you girls posted!

Re: Jenny Craig
Good for you and good luck!!!!! I did weight watchers and know how hard it is, but for you to start the gym and a diet during Christmastime- you are motivated and will get the job done!

Re: Jenny Craig
I've done both...I personally did not like the food on nurti system, but love the food on JC..thats why its much more $$ than Nutrisystem.
It depends how long you join for, if you join for a year, you get about 30% off the food...I did not only did the 8 week program
so I spend anywhere from $60 - $110 a week on food.

Re: Jenny Craig
I've done both Jenny and WW. I did not lose much on either. I'm just sticking to NYSC and salad. We'll see if I can get back to 115lb by July.

Re: Jenny Craig
Congrats on you achievement thus far. I tried WW but I just couldn't do the point system, I found it a bit much for me. I've been working out regularly and monitoring my caloric intake and I find that works well. I commend you and STAY Motivated.

Re: Jenny Craig
WOW 30, 40lbs!! You girls are inspring!! As I walked in today, a woman was leaving who lost 70!
I have to keep reminding myself that even though Im not losing as much when I did low carb...Im happy with the taste of the food and feel I have so much more energy when I go to the gym now..
Only been 2 weeks but if I can lose 2 weeks in a row during Christmas, I have to stay motivated.
