Re: Jenny Craig
The food is pretty good, make sure to supplement the meals with large portions of vegetables!
I liked it, it was just too expensive for me while trying to save money!
Good luck!

Re: Jenny Craig
my g/f is on it and she says its ridiculously expensive and the food is 'eh'.
Because everything is based on the meals, there is no room to go out and mak your own choices, she doesn't like it and never considered not having other food options.
I'm a glutton on the other hand.

That isn't true, there is room to go out and have meals. You discuss it with your nutritionist when you go see them and they help you set up a 'game plan'
Some of the food is better than others, but you have to figure out what you like and what you don't! I loved the chicken fajitas
ETA: You start off eating their meals and then once you get portion under control they start helping you gradually work in your own meals on a regular basis. First breakfast, then some lunches, then some dinners, etc.

I hated it. The food was awful and too much money. I'd rather cook on my own healthier than buying food that doesn't fill me up or taste good.

I've done it. The food is pretty good, and it is obviously very convenient to not have to worry about what grocery shopping, cooking , and measuring everything out. You will lose weight, but in all honesty I would reccomend Weight Watchers bc this program actually teaches you to make the right choices about real foods. It is not realistic or healthy to live on processed food for any length of time, not to mention it is very expensive - about $100/week. HTH!

I was on jenny craig a few years back and I can not say enough good things about it, the food takes some getting used to but when you see the results you don't care, lol. I lost 90lbs on it in 7.5 months. Good luck and you won't regret it!!!

You aren't on processed for for a long time, as you know when you hit half way to your goal you have more days off then on. plus I never gained I felt it taught me how to eat properly and keep it off.
