good luck and don't cheat!! it works if you don't go out a lot for meals and stay strict with it.

I haven't been back in a year, but generally you buy a breakfast, a lunch, a dinner and a snack per day and then have to add fruit and veggies and milks to the eating plan.

on average:

breakfast is $2.50-$5.00
lunch is $5-$6
dinner is $5-$7
snack is $2-$3

If you do the 20 weeks for $20 sale they usually run then theres no weekly payment.. If you join for the long run it could be $300 (discounts are given for insurance companies) and then the food is discounted by weeks starting at 10% up to 30% after you are there for a certain amount of weeks.

HTH!

They didnt have the plan above. For me bc I was looking long term it was either $350 a yr for membership fees but you eventually get all but $79 back. And for another $100 you can do a plan wear you wear an arm band at all times (except shower) and it calculates your calorie in take, how many calories you burn. I went with that plan. That came to $461. Then your first week you get $50 off food and it came to $89. So Im hoping it works!!!
