Hi Girls. Just wanted to share how great my experience has been with Jenny Craig, I have been trying to lose 30 lbs for the last 2 years...and have gone back and forth with Weight Watchers. And while I know it's a great plan and does amazing things for people (I actually did lose 7 lbs on it), it just wasnt working for me. I needed more structure.
But, 3 weeks ago I decided to join jenny Craig. I love it! I'm not a big cook, so the convenience of all my meals made for me is awesome. And it's nearly impossible to screw the diet up. In 3 weeks I have lost another 7 lbs...and several inches.
If anyone is looking for a diet that really requires little effort, this is a great option.

Most of the food is pretty good. And you can eat so much. I feel like I am eating all day long.
I guess the food is similar to Lean Cuisine...but I think the portions might be a bt smaller.
They have a special going on...20 lbs for $20. You buy the food at the center each week. It's the not cheapest, but I really dont care, as long as it's easy to follow.

I think so. I actually signedup for the year program...but I think the $20 one was pretty similar...just dont get some of the long-term stuff. I would call your local center to find out...but I am almost certain it's that simple.

Colleen, honestly you look great. you don't need to lose another 10-15 lbs. There is such a thing as too thin. You need to work on feeling good about yourself.

Re: JennyCraig
People keep talking about the price of food. How much do you end up spending on food per day or week?

depending on if you are signed up for a long term membership so that you get a discount, maybe around $20 a day.
