i had my engagement party there in march and everything was wonderful! i know some brides have had problems with them but as for my own personal experiance i have no complaints! everything they threw in was there, and trust me im the first person who looks for something to complain about-but again everything went fine! we were in the dome room and we dealt with mike clauss-he was great! he wasnt our maitre d but he was in our room the whole entire time! he was like a guest! good luck
We are dealing with Michael Kloss, He is wonderful. I have really only heard one complaint about Jericho Terace, so Im not worried about. So many people have had wonderful experiences there. My only concern is how the ceramomy room is going to look.
I was just there on Saturday Night. There was close to 400 people there. Everything was wonderful. The cocktail was fabulous, the dinner was even better. The bride and groom had a blast. I also went to a wedding there in August, there was about 150 people there...the only thing at that wedding was that it took about 45 minutes before they brought out the rolling bars. And the staff wasn't really on top of things. I'm not sure if $$$ makes a huge difference in the type of wedding they have.
Friends of mine had their ceremony there - I'm guessing in the same room as yours. It was GORGEOUS!! It was really really beautiful. I sort of felt bad that we only got to be in it for about an hour! I can honestly say (and I've been to a ton of weddings recently) that it was the most beautiful ceremony location I've seen so far...
