Hi Ladies! I'm getting married at JT next year and I've never tasted their food or cake.. I've heard great things about the food, but how is the cake? Should I be looking for a bakery?

I have no idea about how the cake tastes, but I am not concerned. The food is great, definitely schedule a tasting. I can let you know about the cake after my wedding next month, but I don't think they're bad - I mean, they look yummy!

Hey Cindy - I'm such a dork, I just noticed it was you too! DUH!
Anyway, on to yummy stuff (I'm starving BTW!) - we're not having a Vienesse Hour, instead we're having a mini-V (the platter of cokies on everyone's table) and the International Coffee Station (with Godiva liquers, all kinds of coffee, etc.) and then we're rolling in the chocolate fountain and that will have the fountain (clearly! ), fruit for dipping, creme brulee for the guests, wafers, cookies, etc. for dipping and a Sundae Bar. So it'll be like having a Vienesse (minus all the yummy cakes) but for a fraction of the price...we just couldn't afford the price for the full Vienesse.
How excited are you planning? I remember the early stages were the most fun - I kind of envy you because it gets nerve racking around now!

I'm so excited! I just keep thinking in year i'll be in your shoes.. I can't wait for the big day! The chocolate fountain sounds great.. I'm having the full Vienesse. My fiance is Italian, so they love all the cakes.. I wonder if I can have the fountain? Can you tell I want everything...lol How's your diet going? I know that you were trying to lose weight before the wedding.. I started early, so hopefully if I stop cheating i'll lose the 20lbs, before the big day...

If you're having the full V, I believe that cmes with the chocolate fountain...don't quote me, but ask your BM since I believe it does. Isn't the full V like over $10pp? It definitely should come with the fountain.
My diet is going...I have to start working out. I am such a slacker though and have pushed myself into an unbelievable corner...I am now forced to work out 6 days a week for 3 hours...crap! That's what I get for procrastinating...please don't be like me - I'm only doing it because I refuse to have my dress made to my measurements now...and I want to wear a bikini damnit!
