Jericho Terrace brides

I have a few questions regarding the wedding coordinator (Gina, I think) ...
What exactly is she suppose to help us with?
Is she only going to recommend their vendors?
Do we have to tip her for her services?

i had my engagement party there backin march and we had a meeting with her once. she was good in a way but to tell you the truth we did everything on our own we just kind of reassured ourselves by asking her some advice. we used there house dj (bodyrock) i dont know if you booked them but be very careful.we heard great things about them so we booked them and saw there whole office and thought that they were real professional but it turned out to be a horror. we had a italian/american party so we wanted equal amounts of both musics played, they said they could handle it...well,they played 2 italian songs! the mc should have satyed home b/c he didnt do anything! and to top it off a speaker blew out in the beginning of the party so they unhooked and dragged it out of the room in the middle of everything...so no big deal right? WRONG! got my video back and let me tell you how terrible it sounds because the video was plugged in directly into the amplifier for better sound on the tape! very bad experiance!!!but everything else a JT was great the service was wonderful and everything went smooth! good luck!!
