I am going to a wedding there this Sunday so I will have a full review and you know I'll definitely pay attention to everything since I am also having my reception there

It's in the dome room, so it is a different room than mine but it will still be great to eat the food, check out the service and all that.

Janine i love your room - that is the one we were going to originally book but we werent sure if we could keep the guest list down!!!

but now. . . i dont think we are going to make the minimum for the skylight room LOL oh well i cant win!

LOL... Can't it ever just be easy? LOL. I'm sure you'll work everything out.
I was told that the Oak room holds 140 at the max, but to be honest, I think it would be tight. I had 100 on the nose and it was sooo great!

yeah we were told 140 also and at the moment our list had about 150 but we had only put it together the night before. . . so of course we knew we forgot some people

right now - my list is over 200 but about 40 of those people are in Italy. . .

i know a lot of the old people are coming bc its too far and its winter i wish i didnt have to send them a pretty invitation LOL

We're using the Oak Room also! I love how intimate it feels. We're not having alot of people (so far) so we should be ok. I just have to tape my dad's mouth shut before he has all of Jamaica flying in...ugh!!

This is the room downstairs...The Oak Room. I had a small 100 guest wedding and this room was perfect!

we are having about 170-190 guests.

i didn't know the skylight room opens up more and that is the skylight terrace room

YEAH THEY split the skylight room in half...but when its opened up its about 400 guests minimum, were having 300-350

YEAH THEY split the skylight room in half...but when its opened up its about 400 guests minimum, were having 300-350

ooo wow...how do they split it in half? it must have been already because when fh and i saw the room it was really only big enough to hold 200 or so people

Yeah the same they do for bridal shows they have this wall up so you could never tell, but if you walk even further down the hall you'll see another door thats also the entrance to the skylight room, so i dont know exactly but they do it somehow

no sorry its not, but if there is one going on for another wedding at the moment ill check it out lol

OH its funny bc a girl on LIW is getting married there the same day in another room so who knows maybe she is having her ceremony there

we were originally going with this room but FH saw it and didn't like it...so we chose the skylight room and inviting just a few more guests. LOL
