Yea I have a cousin getting married there too. Is it something I should tell her to ask about for her own wedding?

Just a bunch of different things that were promised that they claim they never said now. For instance. Another cocktail hour and wedding starting at the same exact time as ours which also means that wedding ends same exact time as ours. may cause confusion going home for guests like over 300 people trying to get their cars from the valet at the same time. Good chance of running in to other bride. possibly missing photo locations at jt due to the other bride using them. And can they handle dinner and cocktail hour for 2 parties at the same exact time? not sure. And will the food be hot? Not sure.

We were also told we can get there early... well when I followed up on that it was all of a sudden for an hourly charge.
When we first saw the place we got a wonderful tour through the kitchen, etc... and saw a bridal suite that we thought was ours. We went back a diff time after we booked and were told ours is actually the tiny one. Which is fine but then dont show me the larger one and than lie about it like you didnt...
The we were told we can fit tables that sit 12-14 ppl. So after we make our seating arrangements(which is hard enough) we find out that its not true and you cant fit more than 2 of those larger tables in the room. We werent gonna put that many at a table but figured we'd put at most twelve but it'd be spacious and nobody would have to sit with their backs to the dance floor.
The whole thing with there being 3 brides is just $hitty luck but it happens, I feel like they prob gave her a great price just so they can triple book, bc who really wants a Friday in March??? High demand all of a sudden? Again, the problem here is that they assured us (BEFORE we booked, when apparently they tell you anything you want to hear) that they do several weddings but they are staggered times, you never have the same start and end time as another bride...
Clearly they can handle multiple weddings at once, which is fine but dont lie to us repeatedly. AND then do nothing about it but give us your word that everything will be fine. Their word at this point is as good as wiping my own a$$ with dog $hit. IT MEANS NOTHING, bc once you're lied to, why would you care about anyones word. Especially when they are doing absolutely NOTHING but taking our money. ANYONE else paying an hourly charge to arrive earlier??? You may not think so now but if you dont have it in writing, dont be SURPRISED when it happens...
Just beyond sickened with the level of customer service. This is not a cheap place, they should have better service. Or maybe their great customer service is another part of their lies.

oh my friggen goodness...I can understand the annoyance you must feel. I was told they could have another wedding at the same time, and i hate the fact that i wont be the only bride, but then again what are the chances of running into another bride if they come different hours and they should have the capability of taking care of so many guests since they are able to have multiple parties at a time...all this stuff still bothers me but im praying there isnt another bride the same day and just sweet 16's or something like that. As far as the paying to get there earlier i actually did not hear about such a thing, but i didnt ask them, deff keep complaining about it and inform them you have warned all the future JT brides and maybe they can do something about it :(

Thats terrible so sorry you are having trouble with jericho terrace my soon to be SIL had no complaints with them. I have heard of people charging for early arrival to cover your bridal attendant or staff. Hope everything works out

wow thats really ridiculous how could they have two weddings at the exact same times, and risking your pictures and everything that is something you don't get back. thank you for the heads up. wish you the best of luck try to keep your head up its your day!!!

Lin.. you really have to write them a letter expressing your disappointment with their services. JT has a wonderful reputation and it would be a shame if you couldn't feel as if you could give them a glowing recommendation to future family, friends & brides on here due to the way you were treated.
