Between the maitre'D and the bridal attendant, do you think a DOC is necessary? My ceremony and reception will both be at JT. Will someone at JT handle setting up favors on the favor table, placecards and the like? I DEF don't want to setting those up on my wedding day, haha!

yes the maitre'd and his staff set up those things for you.
I had a DOC but then again I had my ceremony in a church and DOC was with me from my house when i was getting ready. Its up to you and not necessary only if you want

Did you use Francesca as your DOC? I met with her and she is very helpful and I was considering using her for the DOC.

I booked with Francesca from Dazzling Affairs. She's really great. We're not getting married @ JT so she'll be at my house and then at the church. You should def. meet with her if you havent already.
