Jericho Terrace brides... Filet Mignon or 16 oz Steak?
I heard the Filet Mignon is usually very rare and not everyone is comfortable with that... Is it true? What did u ladies go with?

We went filet mignon, b/c that's my DH's and father's favorite. They both like it a little rare though and they had no complaints. They raved about it in fact, everybody did.

16oz-er!!!
IT WAS A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. and super juicy! The few bites I had anyway lol Filet mignon is generally a dryer cut of beef... so it all depends on your taste.
Everyone kept talking about how yummy and huge the steak was!

we are doing the filet I think... don't they cook them to order? I thought they said this when we met with them... that people give their preference on how they want it cooked?

We are going with the Filet but it's really a personal preference. I'm sure they are both delicious! You're making me hungry lol
