Jericho Terrace Info??

Hi Ladies,
I need some feedback, my FH and I have looked at the Hamlet WW, Westbury Manor and the Riviera. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Hamlet and that is the place I want to book. BUT FSIL insists we go see Jericho Terrace. Does anyone have any feedback on JT? I am going to call them to go see it on Friday night but I would like some info before i go.......nice to deal with? average price?

Its funny, I didnt know anything about JT until yesterday when I was looking at the review board.. it seemed to get mixed reviews

I know that they have more than one wedding at the time which you dont get at HWW

Do you have alot of OOT guests? thats what sold the HWW to me, the hotel right next door!

i loooved JT - i have heard mostly great reviews and a few bad reviews

i thought they were reasonably priced. . .and i have gone there like 5x already to show different people and always had a great experience with the people that work there

what sold me is right when i first walked in - i kind of just knew it was MY HALL - it is so beautiful! i suggest going there and seeing it because thats what made me book it asap!

I'd check it doesn't hurt.

i am booked at JT and i havent heard any bad things about them. I have complete confidence in them!
I was especially impressed when my fi and went to JT recently to just have a look around and my BM Anthony, recognized us right away.
meanwhile we havent been to JT since we booked and that was a year ago.

The menu is great! your guests get to choose from 6 entrees!! and you cant beat the price!
I am paying $85 per person for a sunday.
Our reception is going to be in the dome room- you must see for yourself! it is absolutely stunning!

please check out JT! It wont be a waste of your time!

Thanks ladies....I will let you know how it goes. I am going to see JT this week and I am going Saturday to HWW to go over a few things and book it for my wedding as long as we do not fall in love with JT......!!!!

It doesnt bother me at all that there may be there weddings going on! Im just praying that there wont be a sweet 16,,,it may get annoying with a bunch of crazy teenagers running around!! And i am a little worried about running into other parties taking pictures! Overall,,,I absolutely love the JT and I am confident that my guests will have an awesome time! Im in love with the service that ive recieved so far,,the atmosphere, the staff, the food, and especially,,,,,,,,THE DOME ROOM! Its gorgeous! I personally have not heard one bad thing about the place,,,other than one or two iffy experiences from brides on this site! I loved my experience when I met with my BM that I booked the hall without even seeing the room! (There was a wedding going on at the time,,,so I came back a few days later) Im paying $95 pp for a friday night during the summer with the deluxe menu! Good luck!!!

I have heard nothing but good things about JT on the LIW and from others who have attended weddings there. The little(and I DO LITTLE) 'bad' things that I have heard about JT IMO can be looked at as over anal brides.

I am totally confindent in JT and for a bride that worries about EVERYTHING... I am NOT worried about JT.

I also love the JT and am very excited to have it there it really is absolutely beautiful!!

I dont know i just cant help but be worried about parties clashing...photographers in each others way...but i had that worry when i was booking the hall and i knew what i was getting into to so i really cant blame anyone except myself. I just pray that the music wont be too loud in the other rooms and what if im not the only one walking down the aisle in the skylight room and they need to set up to ceremony sites one after another?? I just dont want confusement and chaos!

Im really excited to start meeting with the event planner at JT, mine is Gina and we didnt have our first inital meeting yet i was wondering how far in advance is it best to meet with them?

We went to look at Jericho Terrace on a whim because we happend to be out on LI. We really liked the atmosphere and felt it was the best value for our $$. Go check it out!

well...if there are details about your wedding that you would like discussed and done such as chair covers, menus,wedding cake,etc...you talk to a JT event planner.
