Jericho Terrace - What is in included under alcohol?
Hi, does anyone know what is in included under open bar? Is it extra for champagne or a signature drink?
Thanks!

Everything was included in my contract. Open bar with top shelf alcohol and beers at cocktail hr and reception. At cocktail hour as the guest walked in they were greeted with a glass of champagne, champagne was also given for the toasts in the reception and it was availble by the glass during the night. I also had a specialty drink menu for the maritini bar at the cocktail hour. We also had the lounge prior to the cocktail hour where there was beer and wine, not sure if there was mixed drinks included there.

Thank you, that's very helpful. What is the specialty drink menu? The martini bar is extra though right, as I recall?
Thanks again

Yes, the martini bar is an extra upgrade that our bm gave us. The specialty drink menu was something I made for cocktail hour. I'll try to find it and post it up.

anything that they have basically. I mean they wont have something like Johnny walker blue lol but they have every type of alcohol.
For a signature drink you can pick anything you want also.
Martini bar they have about 30 flavors, so there is more than enough.
During CH waiters had champagne with berries in them on a tray for our guests. ALso when guests walk into RH, there will be glasses with champagne in them

How much extra is a martini bar? I'm wondering whether to add one.
I wonder if a signature drink can be a martini without the added feature...my guess is no

You can make a signature drink of any kind you don't have to have the martini bar to make one....
