Jersey girls...

It seems that a few of us are planning from jersey..since we miss alot of the get togethers in Long Island , would anyone be interested in planning a Get Together here in Jersey? Of course everyone would be welcome!!!

ok, so the 14th in hoboken?

and then maybe a bbq as well for the girls who can't make it that day?j at sassy's? thanks so much for offering/having us!!

I would LOVE a BBQ at Sassyz..but it sounds like the majority can do the 14th? Why dont we do that..and then we can always do a BBQ another time. The weather is still BBQuable until usually early october right? I think? Ok..so if we go on the 14th..mile square is on Washington right..on the other side of the street from East La? I am embarrassed to say that we usually begin at East La with soem margaritas..after that..I know where Im at but dont know all of the names. East La Margaritas are strong!!
Anyhow..so lets set a time!!And will it be the girls or are we bringing the fiances as well? It doesnt matter one way or the other to me. I think this will be alot of fun!! We could always do alittle happy hour! Does anyone get out early enough?

My FH may have to work that night so I'm not sure if he could go (that's why unfortunately I'd need a ride!). The 14th works for me though, and Hoboken sounds great!

Jess...I will definately get you there and back..if you are coming from the city..would you take a train into Hoboken? If we arent bringing the fiances..he will be our designted driver...if we are bringing them..he will still be our designated driver! hhaha But dont worry about aride..you are right on the way! What time is good for everyone?

To all the girls in Bergen County..there is a wet down today..its 5 bucks all you can drink beer. Im not sure where..but if anyone is interested..I think we are going!

The wet down is in Saddlebrook..starts at 5 and I think its 5 bucks all you can drink beer. We are going! Im not sure the name of the street its on..but you could call teh police Dept or fire dept. they would definately know where.( if anyone is interested!!)

Its on babay!!! I put it on my calendar! What time is good? I am on vacation then, so ANYTIME is good for me. I can meet anyone for happy hour even! I guess we can decide where when we see who all can make it. Jess can make it, I can make it, you can make it. So if it were just us, we could do Morristown..but if there are more people coming from the Hoboken area, we could do that. I am good with anything! I think this will be alot of fun! Are we bringing the fiances? If we are..mine wouldnt get there until late anyhow..unless we all meet up late.whatever....

Hi all- just got back and read the posts. So it's the 14th in Hoboken? Is the place close to the path or NJ transit? I would be coming from work and know NOTHING about hoboken!!

Meredith, I'd be in the same boat, I've never taken the path train & I've been in Hoboken only once. Would you want to meet up in NYC and take the path together there?

Yes..you can take the path, the train the ferry for a really nice time..Hoboken is a main station. If you ladies would like..let me knwo when you'll be in and I will get in early, park my truck and be waiting at the station for you! Ill even hold up a sign with your names on it! hahaha Come in early for happy hour!!!

The train, bus, ferry, and Path all come into the same location. . . so take whatever is more convenient on your end. You'll just walk up towards Washington Street (just follow the crowds - that is the direction everyone walks in), then make a right on Washington and Mile Sq is on your right on Wash between 2nd and 3rd.

I think I can come. I'll let you know a little closer to the date.
