have you read any of the backlash about it? the guy's defense was he was blackedout and had no recollection!

He claims he didn't consent to be on the show. He also got in trouble at work and went to get representation the day after the punch aired. MTV claims they aren't showing it bc it promotes violence, but I think it's more of a legal issue. Why would they show it in the first place like that?

from the promo's they had run he knocks her the eff out. its really bad. i was surprised to begin with that MTV would air it. as much as it makes for good trashy tv it i'm glad they're cutting it out.
