Ok I picked my BM dresses from the Jessica McClintock store, we haven't ordered them yet. My question is how do I order them when most of my BM live out of state?? Do I go in and tell them the girls names and have them call in to order and pay??? The girl at the store wasn't helpful. Their customer service leaves alot to be desired but I love the dresses.

Hi Katie,
I got your FM... I had two girls out of state as well. They tried to find a store near them to try the dress for size, but one of them just had to go by measurements... They can call and order them over the phone and they will mail them right to their house...
WHo helped you? I dealt with three people on different occasions and they were all very helpful! Try asking for Diane or Meredith. FM if you have anymore questions!

Thank you so much, very helpful!! The store I went to was in VA, and there was only one girl working and she couldn't have been more then 18. We had asked if the dresses come in extra length, and the girl was like, yeah we don't do that!! Very snotty! Didn't even help us!! But unfortantly we all loved the dress, so I am going to get them there.

jessica is all over they might be able to find them near them, it makes the alterations easier.
