Two things piss off Jessica Simpson. Saying she's not the brightest bulb in the pack isn't one of them.
'People can say I'm dumb, I don't care,' she says defiantly, 'because I know I'm not.'
But suggest that she can't sing, or worse, that her marriage with husband Nick Lachey isn't going to last, and you'll find the singer/reality TV phenom in fighting mode. ______________________________________
Now this is a bit weird wouldn't you say. Why would you put your personal life out there as a celebrity and then get mad when people have opinions about your realitonship??? I mean what could somebody be thinking to put their marriage in the eye os a storm, that is the media.

I understand what she's saying - no one would want to have their marraige scrutinized or have their committment questioned. Especially from what we see on the show after the 'magic' of editing. But I think it's naive to think that wouldn't happen on an MTV program.

Steve asked me last night if I thought they would last. I said hell yeah they are perfect for each other. Who else would put up with either of them

I honestly cannot see how he deals with her.
She is so insecure, jealous,whiny and overly needy. She could drive a man to drink or worse.
