I have a MU trial with Crystal from Smashbox at her house tonight, and was wondering if you tipped her. Her trial's free, so I didn't know what I should give her.

I am completely embarrassed to say that I did not tip her- I realized it after the fact, but it was so spur of the moment. I felt really bad, but I am hoping my referrals will make up for it!

I would have definitely given her at least $10 or $20, or bought something from the counter.

I don't know what the norm it unfortunately, but I think $20 is tops. sorry I couldn't be of more help luv.

I haven't officially booked her b/c it was my first one, but to this point, she is still the person I am going with.

I loved my trial with Clinique, but the artist was a little too wishy washy for me- she said that she didn't know where she was going to be next year, but if she was around....which I didn't like to much. Also, I think Crystal did a slightly better job covering up the dark circles under my eyes.

my next trial is with Chanel, since my sister works there, if I go with them, I can buy the products for me and my girls at a DEEP discount.
