October what? What's the date? Are you going to Orlando or FT. Myers...I need to book a flight to see my friend, just curious what day you are going...maybe I can get the same rate!
the rates were mid-october - around the 13th I think. Going into Tampa.

Re: Jet Blue
We flew JetBlue last year to Florida. My FH was so impressed with them after a business trip that he insisted that we fly with them - what a great experience. One suggestion - bring your own headphones for no other reason than they wil be more comfortable than the pair they give you (which do come in a plastic bag). FH brought his and wound up having to give them to me cause they were much better.

As a teacher, I never get these great fares! I am so annoyed because any time I can travel, the entire NE is on vacation.....

Sorry, I know it sucks. I've been on vacation with my teacher friends and the weeks you can travel are tough - kids everywhere, prices are higher, and over crowded airports/resorts/etc ... I feel your pain.

I love Jet Blue! And every once in a blue moon we get free tickets because FH's neighbor is a mechanic for them.

Re: Jet Blue
we booked Jet Blue for our honeymoon flight to Disney World in November! When we checked the flights in March they were so cheap and we were lazy and didn't book it then and just did it 3 weeks ago and it went up-and the cheaper rates were only if you left @ like 6 am. BUT i am not a huge fan of flying and i have not heard one bad thing about them! everyone says to bring your own headphones though!

I am a HUGE Jet Blue fan also. But... as I was about to press 'book my flight' the other day to my parents house, I just peeked onto Song (Delta's version to compete with JetBlue), and I saved almost $100.
We flew song to Tampa last week. It was awesome!!! Movies, TV, music, music trivia, and you can buy food.

Re: Jet Blue
I love them...if you join the TruBlue club (on their website) then you can get points for travelling with them....you don't even have to be the one to book it!
I just booked February for the same price!

That's why I love Jet Blue! Plus, with in-flight tv, you can't go wrong. :)
