This is my wedding dress, and I wanted to wear the following jewelery in yellow, since it is jewelery that FH gave me recently and it is very special to me, the earrings he gave me were for our 10 year anniversary and the necklace I got for Christmas. The ladies at work, tell me I can't wear them, I should wear something else.
All yellow gold, i couldn't find the necklace in yellow only white.

I'd go with either or...earrings if you plan on wearing other yellow gold, necklace if you plan on wearing other white gold/plat jewelery
but its your wedding - if you like it go for it!

She said I should wear pearls, since the dress has sea pearls in it, and that sinc I wear the jewelery every day, i shouldn't also wear it on my wedding day.

It's your wedding, wear whatever you want!! It all matches, you won't look silly! Who cares if you wear it every day!! You wear your e-ring every day, right? Are you not supposed to wear that to your wedding then?
