Jewelry cleaning FYI
So I have the Connosieurs (sp?) jewelry cleaner in the red jar... it's great, I use it on my ering all the time, it seems to just be a mix of soap, ammonia and water. Fantastic.
Unless you put sterling silver in there. I got a Tiffany key necklace for graduation and it came out GOLD with tarnish. DIDN'T KNOW THAT. It doesn't say you can't put sterling silver in there!
Luckily I had Tarn-X in the house which is what I usually use on my sterling silver stuff, but it's just more of a hassle to use... problem gone now, no big deal but in case anyone was wondering, no silver in the jewelry cleaner!
