I think sicne your neckline has alittle dip & your tiara has a little peak, an neckalce with a drop will look nice. Like the one use possted. I love that style & don't think its too much. Maybe small earings though.

I have no clue what to wear either. I don't want to wear costume jewelery, but don't have anything fancy enough. My mom said I could borrow something, but she only has yellow gold.

When I was looking for my Bms I saw nice stuff on QVC.com.
I ended up finding something in Tri County for them though.

Julz, here is my jewelry. I think the necklace emmulates a lot of the detail on your dress and tiara. I got it from Home Shopping Network -- its all CZ and the price can't be beat.

*Their site is down temporarily. But I think all together wish shipping, my necklace and earrings were only $90.

I got my pearl necklace and studs from E & J Jewlers in Farmingdale.

Julz, I would wear something dainty and simple since the detailing in the bodice of your dress is so detailed and beautiful.

My mom is having her pear shaped engagement diamond set into a pendant for me, so that is what I will be wearing with pear shaped CZ earrings (Macy's on sale!).

It's very pretty, but I wouldn't do both earrings and necklace- one or the other, since you have a very detailed dress bodice and tiara.

I agree. I would do the earrings only, since it looks so pretty on the model who's wearing your dress.

BTW...where are they from? I love them!

You don't think the earrings would be too much with the tiara?

This is mine (which I'm not 100% sure about yet) but if I were you I would do something a little more dramatic around the neck to bring attention to the detailing at the top of the gown. Your tiara is not huge so you can do something not-so-simple at the neck as long as you keep the earrings toned down. OR you can follow the look of the model and get really dazzling earrings and leave your neck bare or wear something very plain. IMO, your gown is more on the simple yet elegant side (as opposed to a huge very elaborate princess ballgown type) so you might want to dress it up a little more with some jewelry.

Mine is from Cathy's Concepts and the pic doesn't do it much justice.

Personally I think one or the other would look awesome with the tiara, you just can't do both. Why not go shopping with your tiara and try on similar looking earrings and necklaces to see how it looks?

And normally I would say maybe it is too much, but it doesn't compete with your gown because the jewelry looks like it is the exact same design that is on your dress!!!!

I think it matched the gown and tiara really well. I just can't decide which I should use, earrings or necklace.... the model has the earrings but she also is not wearing a tiara!

Julz- look at it all together - that is the only way you can really decide:

oooooo, Julz, I didn't realize that the pendant and the earrings are nearly 2 inches in length . . . that my be kind of big . . .

Maybe order it and then try it on all together and if you don't like how it looks return it?

Look, even though they are the same size, this set is less expensive, so if you wanted to try the look and return it, it wouldn't be so costly . . .

I like this set better -- and it seems more dainty.

If you go with one of the two chandeleir sets you are considering, I think you should get the necklace and then find smaller more subtle earrings so they don't take away from your tiara.

Bri Bri I like the ones you posted but I don't like the chains on the necklaces. I guess I could buy that seperately...

Thanks!

I don't know how well you can see it in these pictures, but I had a choker that I bought in Kohl's of all places maybe two days before the wedding!! It was on sale and came out to about $8!!! I wasn't sure about it at first, but I put it on with the dress and it was perfect!

Point is, you never know where you're going to find something. Look around.
