Both my dress and my BM dresses are a deep V halter dress. Would you wear a necklace with this neckline or do you think it would look to 'cluttered' up top?
you can wear a necklace as long as it isn't too flashy

I would not wear a necklace. I think earrings would be plenty, and you can go with longer ones to give the illusion of more jewelry up there. If you decide to wear a necklace, buy a few in different styles (Y shape, single rope shape, choker, etc) to see which looks best. Honestly, though, I do not think it needs one and I do think it'll look like too much.

i dont think you need a necklace since you have a lot of beading on your dress. I would say earrings if you want to wear something. I love the dress

IMHO, I don't think necklaces look right with halter dresses. I'd just go with bigger earrings and a pretty bracelet. I had a similar situation, my dress had a lot going on on the bodice (it was strapless tho), so I skipped a necklace and went with earrings and a bracelet.

I wouldnt wear a necklace. Probably just some really nice dangly earrings (if thats your style)
I was actually trying to convince my BM to not go with a halter dress b/c I knew I wanted to buy them necklaces as part of their gifts. But of course I couldnt tell them this so I just kept saying 'I really dont care for halter dresses' . lol

I wouldnt wear a necklace...the top of the dress is pretty detailed. Dont think you need one.
