jewelry shopping in grand cayman?

Hey- i know this question is kinda out there but my whole family and i (& FH) are going on a cruise on 3 weeks and we're hitting Grand Cayman. Ive heard that theyre a big jewelry island. Prob because theyre a big banking island and everyone is rich lol. Does anyone know if it would be wise to look at wedding rings there? It would really only be for me and i thought it would be even nicer since my whole family will be there to share the moment. I dunno.

We're also going to Jamaica but i plan on only buying one of those hats with the fake dreads on it there. LOL
