Are there any nice jewelry stores on Austin Street? I have to get my godson a cross for his baptism - I am going to check out Crossbay Blvd first but was just curious about Austin Street since I will probably be there this weekend anyway.
Any suggestions welcome!

Re: Jewelry store on Austin Street?
hmmm thanks. we DETEST the place that DH got my ering from so I don't want to go there. . .
There is a place in Brooklyn we were thinking of checking out too. . .
I already know what I want in my head I just hope we can find it. I want a small plain white gold cross with a VERY simple diamond detail like maybe just one large diamond in the middle or a a few tiny diamonds on the edges. . . I hate designing stuff in my head LOL

I was going to suggest that one as well. They seem to have a good reputation.

Re: Jewelry store on Austin Street?
I went to both chateau and lorili (sp?) when I was looking for my wedding band. Lorili was so nasty, seriously, I almost left in tears because I don't know how someone can be that rude to a customer. If he wasn't 70 I may have hit him. The people at chateau were really nice and he was willing to work with me, however, they were on the pricey side.

If Austin St doesn't work out yet K&C Jewelry on Fresh Pond Rd. We get all our jewelry from Fernando.
