Hi! I am going to look at wedding bands on Friday in the Diamond District, if anyone can recommend a store or someone that they have worked with who was great there, please recommend them to me...there are so many there it can get complicated. Thanks!

Family friend has a jewelry booth in the bowery. My e-ring is from there and our bands will be from there as well. Good prices and can be trusted. Her first name is Iris.

In my FH's honest opinion-- the guys down on Bowery are the 'old school' ones, and they are much better AND NICER to deal with than the 47th street guys. (he went to 47th street just to compare)
FH's family has used this jewler for over 30 years. It's where he got my ring and my wedding band. John's terrific and my rings are gorgeous! He also put the fitting balls on my ring for free and in 20 minutes! where another place wanted to charge me $100 and 2 weeks!

On 47th, between 5th and 6th, about half way up the block (a little closer to 5th)
My FH got my engagement ring there and our appraiser told us it was a great deal and that we should go back there for our wedding bands. We plan to!

He went to Norman Landsberg, (for more than just e-ring) going back for bands as well... http://www.normanlandsberg.com
