I may go today after work to some stores around 6th avenue to check out some DOJ or possibly BM jewelry. What stores do you guys recommend? I heard about L&T that they are good.

There a bunch of stores by 6,7 and 8 aves..also there is a really good store on the corner where MJ trimming is .. they have nice jewelry for cheap

Yup! I walked past there yesterday -they were actually having a sale 50% off everything!!!

Yup! I walked past there yesterday -they were actually having a sale 50% off everything!!!
yeah lol.. they always have that sign up! but everything in there is always 50% of original price... their sterling silver stuff is nice and affordable

On 38th between 5 and 6 more closer to sixth there a nice shop there

Not sure what you want to spend:
47th street between 5th and 6th is the diamond district.
L&T has great jewelry too as you already seem to know, costume and real.
Macys on 34th can get a bit nuts but they also have a lot of jewelry.
Bendel's on 5th ave (I think they are on 55th or so) on the second floor has a lot of jewelry, but more modern stuff. Is more costume jewelry-oriented so the prices are a bit lower.

I was looking to spend on earrings around $30-40. Not sure about the BM jewelry. Thank you for all the information
