Are you having your bridal party do an entrance into the reception or no? I heard this isn't something Jewish people do.

Re: Jewish Brides
I've never seen it at a Jewish wedding either-- I don't think we'll be doing it.
At every Jewish wedding I've been to (including ones I'm a bridesmaid), they only introduce the couple!

Re: Jewish Brides
Well dh and I have experience with secular and orthodox Jewish weddings, and many secular jewish weddings introduce the members of the wedding parties. Orthodox Jewish weddings don't do it, just the bride and groom come in. (Orthodox Jewish weddings don't really have 'wedding parties.') Also, the bride walks down the aisle with her mother and MIL, and the groom walks down with his father and FIL, (parents holding candles, quite lovely) and no one else walks down the aisle in a traditional (Orth) Jewish wedding.
