we got ours at MPArtworks.com
they had amazing customer service and ours cost less than $300.
Definitely check out their website. They ahve a lot of modern designs (which is what we were looking for).

we got ours at Zion Lion in New Hyde Park. We spend more than we though lets just say, but you could definitely spend less. It came out beautiful though and I liked it better than shopping on-line.

mine took about a month until the Rabbi finally approved it (the site kept emailing him but it kept going into his spam for some reason so he never saw it) ... after that, shipping was very quick (about a week). This was from Ketubah.com.
so i'd say give yourself about a month or two before the wedding ... sooner, if you want to get it framed (it took about a week and $150 at michael's). i got it framed without the glass first, then after the wedding, they added the glass in.

I am ordering from ketubah.com. I think I know which one we'll get and it will be about $200, but the prices do vary widely depending on the size, material, and design.
