Jewish Brides: Ceremony question..

We are using a reform Rabbi, since neither of us is very religious but our families really want a Jewish Ceremony.

I love our Rabbi, but she doesn't know much about Sephardi customs, and to be honest my mom and I don't know either.

Any Sephardi brides know about the talit wrapping around the couple during ceremony, when does it happen? And what does the Rabbi do during it?
