The glass goes inside the pouch and you lay it on the floor. Donnie steps on it before we kiss. It's a good luck thing.
We will keep the pouch with the broken glass in it as a keepsake.

I've seen ones where you can have the broken glass put into a mezuzzah, menorah, candle sticks, or even a small pendant for a necklace.

This is a local store in Boston but you can find similar things online and elsewhere. I got the mezuzzah and glass for my sister for her wedding and she's doing the same for us.

I think that's cute - I just might have to buy one!
