Jewish Wedding Program

Can I see how you all worded the order of your ceremony in the program. I think i'm going to have one page for the ceremony that will look like this:

THE CEREMONY

PRELUDE
(list songs to be played before our entrance?)

PROCESSIONAL
(list of songs to walk down the aisle during)

WEDDING CEREMONY
Welcome
Shahekianu (spelling?)
Explanation of the Chuppah - not sure if that needs to be in the ceremony
Blessing for Wine
Exchange of Vows (or should it be reading of vows?)
Exchange of Rings
Reading of Ketubah
Wedding Blessings (to encompass several different prayers at the end of the ceremony)
Breaking of Glass

RECESSIONS

Does that make sense or is it too much detail? Too little?

I have no idea. I don't think I am including a list of the songs. I was thinking more along the lines of introducing the parents, BP, explanation of the Ketubah, a memoriam for grandparents, my aunt and FH father and then maybe a passage from a poem or song that we like.

I have been putting it off but I guess it is something I need to start thinking about so thank you!

i had originally done mine very detailed like that and our rabbi told us to make it more simple since people won't be looking at it as much as they'll be looking at us. so i did a brief ceremony outline and the bridal party names on one side and then on the other side of the page i did explanations/descriptions of the jewish traditions.
