Are there any places you know of to get inexpensive costume jewlery? Where did everyone buy theirs at?

So far, the nicest I have seen has been at the major department stores: Macy's, Lord and Taylor, Bloomingdales. It also tends to go on sale there. They have Carolee, Givenchy, Nadri, and their own brands, and it's really nice.
