I live near JFK, and unfortunately there's not a lot of nice hotel options.....maybe try Rockville Center hotels and see if they throw in a shuttle? good luck!!

The hotel that we have blocks in for our guests ( Courtyard Marriott) Offered us a honeymoon suite for that night, and they have the shuttle for our guests as well as airport shuttle to Islip (Too bad our flight isnt out of there oh well)
