Re: Jillian Michaels
Thats why I am working out for 2 weeks before starting it. All you girls keep saying how hard it is, I figure I have to get in decent shape to start using it.

Are you talking about the Jillian Michaels Wii game? Or the 30-day shred?

Re: Jillian Michaels
Ha! This is the most confusing thread ever!
The 30-Day Shred is great! The first time is the hardest. Then give yourself a few days to feel better and it'll feel a lot easier. You shouldn't be very sore after a few times.

Re: Jillian Michaels
Today I'm doing day 21!! I love it! Level 2 is quite interesting...the exercises are very specific, so watch it once all the way through so that when you're actually doing it, you dont' waste time watching the tv and not doing it yourself. :)

Re: Jillian Michaels
So just out of curiosity, is there a different workout everyday? Everyweek? How do the levels progress? And are you supposed to do the program everyday (hence the name)?

There are 3 levels. You progress when you're ready to. There are also ways to make certain exercises more basic/more advanced, depending on your abilities.
You are SUPPOSED to do it every day for 30-days. After the first time you'll prob be too sore to work out for a day or 2 (or 3!) but after that you'll be able to do it almost every time (time-permitting, of course). I do my 30-Day Shred on the days I don't go to the gym.
