I'm starting the 30 Day Shred program she has and was wondering if anyone has done it and had some reviews on it. If there's another one of hers you have tried please share.

I've done a lot of her DVDs. They are awesome & definitely work! The best part about them is they are short. If you do them regularly you will see a difference.

I haven't tried it but I heard the 30 day shred is good. I heard if you do them regularly it definitely works!
